Select all SHARP numbers and fluxes for all GOES flares happened during a particular time range and having a defined GOES class and non-zero GoesARNum.
GoesARNum from GOESFlrCata and NOAA_AR from SharpPrmtr should be the same.
SHARP time T_REC should be in between the GOES start and end times.
